The new EC at Copen Grand EC is being developed by the joint venture City Developments Limited and MCL Land. The developer’s bid of $400.3 million works out to $603 per square foot per plot ratio. Copen Grand EC will have up to 628 residential condominiums. The development will be eco-friendly, with an aim to achieve BCA Green Mark Gold PLUS and super-low energy rating.

    Copen Grand EC development is strategically located near the Central Business District and several educational institutions. Within 30 minutes of the EC, visitors will be able to access the Jurong Innovation District, a hub for advanced manufacturing. Additionally, this development is surrounded by a nature reserve. In addition to the location’s proximity to amenities, the Copen Grand EC will be close to a car-free town centre in the near future.

    In addition to this, Copen Grand EC EC at the Tengah Garden Walk is scheduled to launch with an average psf of $1100 to $1200. It is a new development and open to the public only by appointment. While the EC is currently under construction, it is expected to launch with a psf of between $1100 and $1200. The development also features three MRT stations within walking distance, and it is expected to have a variety of amenities and services.

    Copen Grand EC EC site at Tengah Garden Walk is situated next to the Jurong Region Line MRT stations. The development will also be within a two-kilometer radius of a primary school.
